Use as hot pack

Microwave: Place comfypac on clean, dry plate and put in microwave. Heat for one minute. Please use caution when applying heated comfypac. Apply compfypac to affected area. Compfypac has to cool down completely before it can be reheated, otherwise smoldering cherry pits might ignite the fabric. Comfypacs minis should only be heated for 30 seconds.

Oven: Put comfypac on a heat resistant plate and heat in oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To avoid the fabric from becoming brown, wrap compfypac in aluminum foil before heating in oven.

Use as cold pack

Put comfypac in plastic bag and place in freezer or fridge. Let chill for a few minutes and you have a comfortable cold pack.

Care: A comfypac with a separate, external cover is easy to clean. Just take off the external cover and wash by hand or in a washing machine at warm temperature. Let dry and put the cherry pit bag back in the external cover for continued use.

Caution: This is not a toy. Never leave a child unattended!
For external use only. Always test the temperature before applying to person's skin. Please follow instructions on your microwave or oven before heating comfypacs to avoid possible inflammation.
Never put a comfypac from the freezer directly into the microwave or oven. Let it reach room temperature first.
